[...] objects of automatic storage duration that are local to the function containing the invocation of the corresponding setjmp macro that do not have volatile-qualified type and have been changed between the setjmp invocation and longjmp call are indeterminate
Remove the variables in question or pass them as const refs.

More new defaults. The navbar refreshes every 60 secs so make full page refresh be 240sec. Ajax timeout needs to be 10 seconds. Large event listings can take longer than 3

Restore the download button's behaviour. It is a simple link to the mp4, not an export. Also add a handler for the video.js rate control to sync up our non video.js rate dropdown and stored cookie.
